The process
Seven steps, always in this order

Initial contact
You reach out via form, WhatsApp or email. Before the meeting, we send a pre-brief questionnaire.

Brief meeting
45 to 60 minutes. We understand what you need, look at fabrics, exchange references.

Formal proposal
Within three business days you receive a document with: piece description, selected fabrics, timeline, total price, payment terms and contract PDF.

Approval and start
You sign the contract electronically and pay the 50% deposit. Pattern-making begins immediately.

Fittings
Usually two to three sessions, always carried out in person by a qualified professional. For out-of-town clients, we agree in the contract whether you travel to the atelier for each fitting or our team travels to you (with travel and technical-time cost).

Finishing and delivery
Final fitting with the finished piece. Remaining 50% paid. Delivered in person or shipped with insurance.

Post-delivery
90 days of support for any minor adjustment (hem, buttonhole, stitch) at no additional cost.
What’s in the contract
Every clause in plain language
No fine print. The contract is a short document, written in plain language, compliant with Brazilian consumer law (Lei 8.078/90, art. 46 and art. 54), that records:
- Full description of the piece or service, with fabric, measurements and chosen pattern-making method (flat, moulage or 3D photogrammetry).
- Service modality — at the atelier in Chapecó or in-home, with address.
- Travel cost and additional technical time, when service is in-home, calculated by distance and estimated time.
- Timeline with delivery date and scheduled fitting sessions.
- Total price and payment terms (50% on signature + 50% on delivery; accepted methods).
- Fitting, adjustment and remake policy (up to three sessions; free remake in cases provided).
- Cancellation and refund clauses, per Brazilian consumer law (art. 49 for ready-to-wear; art. 51 prohibiting abusive clauses).
- 90-day warranty for fine adjustments (hem, buttonhole, stitch).
- Personal data handling compliant with LGPD, with measurements and photos deleted within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise authorised.
- Jurisdiction of Chapecó/SC, Brazil.
