This Privacy Policy describes how Outono Vermelho collects, uses and protects personal data, in compliance with Brazil’s LGPD (Law 13.709/2018) and, where applicable, the GDPR. Last update: 2026-05-14.

2. Data we collect

Identification and contact data: name, email, phone, address.
Payment data: processed directly by payment providers — we do not store card data.
Browsing data: IP, browser, pages visited.
Sensitive data: body measurements and photos, only when you opt to request a made-to-measure piece or consultation.

3. Purpose

Execute the purchase or consulting contract.
Comply with legal and tax obligations.
Respond to contact requests.
Send marketing (only with consent).
Analyse site usage to improve.

4. Legal basis

Contract execution, legal obligation, consent (marketing), legitimate interest (analytics).

5. Sharing

Data is shared only with payment platforms, couriers, hosting (Hostinger) and analytics (Google). We do not sell data.

6. Your rights

You can request: confirmation, access, correction, anonymisation or deletion, consent revocation, portability. Email privacy@outonovermelho.com — we respond within 15 days.

7. Retention

Registration data is kept during the relationship and legal retention period (5 years for tax data). Marketing data deleted on unsubscribe. Sensitive data deleted within 30 days of delivery.

Essential cookies (login, cart) and analytics cookies. You can block them in your browser.
