Returns, exchanges and cancellation policy

Your satisfaction matters. Here is how returns work for each type of order.

Shop pieces (ready-to-wear)

• 7 calendar days from receipt, no need to justify (Brazilian consumer law).
• Piece unused, with tags, in original packaging.
• Return shipping on you, unless there is a defect.
• Refund via original payment method within 7 business days.

Manufacturing defect

• Within 30 days of receipt.
• Send photo to hello@outonovermelho.com. We send a prepaid label.
• You choose: replacement, exchange with difference, or full refund.

Made-to-measure pieces

• Because they are personalised, the 7-day right of withdrawal does not apply.
• Disagreements about the result follow the fitting and revision conditions in the contract.
• Manufacturing defect: 90-day warranty for fine adjustments. Structural defect: per consumer law.

Contract cancellation

• Before production starts: full refund.
• After production starts: proportional retention for work already done.
• After first fitting: minimum 50% retention (material and pattern costs).
